Clothing — 30 days
You have 30 days from the day a piece reaches you to send it back for a full refund or an exchange. Counted from delivery, not from when you ordered, so shipping time is never taken out of your 30 days.
The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags still on. Trying something on at home is wearing it in the sense that matters to us only if it comes back marked, scented or altered — a dress you put on, looked at and took off is still unworn.
Swimwear and bodysuits cannot come back once worn, for hygiene. We say so on those product pages before you buy, not after.
Why 30 days and not 7
Seven days is normal in Vietnam and it is not long enough. An occasion piece is often bought weeks ahead of the occasion, and a policy that expires before the wedding is not a policy at all.
We would rather you took the time to be sure. If a piece is wrong, we want it back while it is still perfect, not worn once in resignation because the window closed.
Cosmetics
Return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is still sealed and unopened. A product that arrives damaged or past its date is replaced at our cost.
Once a seal is broken we cannot take the product back, for hygiene reasons.
Tech
Every device carries a local warranty — the length is listed on each product page. A fault inside the warranty period is repaired or replaced. A device that simply is not what you wanted can be returned within 7 days, sealed and unused.
What it costs you
Nothing, if the piece is faulty, not what the page described, or not what you ordered. We collect it and refund the delivery you paid.
If you simply changed your mind, the return collection is 30,000 ₫ inside Hồ Chí Minh City, taken off the refund. We would rather charge that small amount honestly than raise every price to hide it.
How to start one
Message us on WhatsApp or call +84 24 3825 0000 with your order number. In Hồ Chí Minh City and Hà Nội a rider collects the item; elsewhere we send a prepaid courier label.
Refunds go back to the account that paid, within three working days of the item reaching us.
